Brooklyn Commons

During the transition from MetroTech Center to Brooklyn Commons, Lorelli assisted Brookfield Properties with rebranding initiatives. Our team was tasked with designing and developing a new, fully integrated website that features all campus office and retail options, as well as an extensive arts & events section. Additional broker and tenant outreach initiatives ranged from event marketing including holiday and apiary specialty campaigns, digital ads, tenant pitch books and on-site signage.
